Seepage Tiles Installed

There are two different methods that we use for water proofing your home. The method that we use depends on where the seepage may be coming from. If the seepage is coming directly through the walls, then you have some sort of foundation crack or leak that must be sealed up. We would then locate the leak, dig around the foundation where the water is penetrating, then repair and seal the foundation and your leak will be gone for good.

Sometimes the seepage is actually coming from under the foundation. In this situation we would install seepage tiles around the perimeter of the inside of your home. This system would direct the seepage to a pit which would inturn send the water back outside and you will not have to worry about your basement flooding again.
